Why does the website show refunds?

Authorised administrators may create sample refunded or cancelled orders to test inventory, revenue reporting and customer analytics in Atlas v2.

Are real refunds available?

No real orders are accepted, so there are no real payments to refund. Any displayed refund values exist only in test records.
